To properly carry out Competent Person responsibilities, this individual must have training in and be knowledgeable of soil analysis, the use of protective systems and the requirements of the standard.

Additional responsibilities include identifying existing and predictable hazards in the work environment and possessing the authority to take prompt corrective action.

Each student will receive an instructional workbook, a tri-fold reference guide, an OSHA Standard Booklet (29 CFR 1910.146), a wallet card and a certificate indicating successful completion.

Lunch will be provided.

This course is conducted by an instructor from United Rentals Academy.
